Return and Cancellation Policy
Scope
This policy applies to optional paid digital services arranged directly through contact channels.
Pre-delivery cancellation
You may request cancellation before delivery work starts. If no delivery has started, payments can be refunded in full where processing permits.
After delivery starts
If delivery has started, refunds may be adjusted based on completed scope, agreed milestones, and documented communication.
How to request
Send your request to partnership@glowwrnature.world with your transaction details and date of purchase.
Handling time
Approved refund requests are processed within 14 business days through the original payment method where technically possible.
Consumer rights
Mandatory rights under Norwegian and EEA consumer law remain unaffected by this policy text.
